What is Angel Food Ministries?
With a heart to help others and a generous spirit, Joe and Linda Wingo founded Angel Food Ministries in 1994 to provide food for friends and neighbors who were struggling financially. Today the Angel Food program now is helping provide food relief to more than 500,000 families each month.

Esther’s Closet
Esther’s Closet is a ministry of the Stithton Baptist Church that provides free food and clothes for families that may find themselves in need from time to time. We give away both Government surplus food and food that we purchase for the purpose of community distribution. There are certain restrictions that we have to follow for the giving out of the Government food. You will need to show an ID and proof of a local address. There will also be an income restriction on the government food. You will be limited to a pick-up once in each calendar month.
Times for distribution are on Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 1:00 and 3:00 PM.
The address is 100 New Street beside the Church. Please park in the church parking lot which is next to Esther’s Closet.
We have clothing for men, women and children. There are shoes, coats and even a large selection of prom dresses that are stored and are in excellent condition.
